Furbys were so popular in its original years, that other companies began making furby fakes. one of those "Fakes" are the Furbish. Made by a German company called BIO Electronics (Most famous for their multiple ipod knockoffs, among others.) They were made in a very small supply, due to Tiger Electronics catching on to the multiple knockoffs. Furbish, along with other furby knockoffs, was what led to the purple plastic "Furby Original" tag to be put on all furbys afterwards, so that people knew which furbys were fake or not.
They are similar to the furby, but they have arms and a pointed beak. They also have small buttons in their hands that make them sing and giggle. Furbish come in 3 colour combinations: Black and White (Pictured on left), Pink and White, and Plain white. The only known eye colour of furbish is grey. The furbish was advertised on the box as "JUST LIKE A REAL BABE!" (No, really, that's exactly what is says.)
- They are not fine tuned, therefore even straight out of the box it has trouble staying in sync.
- After a month or two of regular play, Furbish begins to malfunction. Therefore, most Furbish that are not MIB are broken.
- The buttons in their hands break or malfunction sometimes.
